535. Antique Pair Italian Murano Glass Table Lamps Mid Century Modern Barovier Toso 1950

An Exceptionally Fine Quality and Quite Rare Pair of Italian Murano Glass and Ormolu Mid Century Electric Table Lamps of good size proportions. Circa 1950s. Firmly attributed to a seven generation Italian maker BAROVIER & TOSO, which still operates to-day at 30141 Murano, Venice, Italy 

Each lobed bulbous ovoid form glass body below an ormolu canopy with leaf cast detail, ending on a dome shaped circular spreading base on an ormolu circular plain base.  

Condition:  Superb condition these pieces are offered in untouched condition with no losses to gilt or glass areas. 

Height: (entire as shown an impressive) 20.5" (52cm). Diameter: (at base) 8” (20cm).
