509. Antique Pair French Sèvres Celeste Porcelain Gilt Bronze Cherub Table Lamps 19Ct

A Fine Pair of Stylish and Imposing French Ormolu Electric Table Lamps of outstanding quality and medium proportions. First half of the Nineteenth Century. 

Each with a central kneeling gilt solid bronze cherub on a naturalistic base, holding aloft a basket of fruits, ending on an ornate circular ormolu base with a hand decorated celeste blue porcelain inset depicting a single Cherub, supported on two toupie feet and flanked by lavish cast swags depicting fruiting vines. 

Condition: Superb condition with no losses. Professionally re-gold plated and wired for electricity.
