A Superb Example of an English Georgian style well figured Burr Walnut and Marquetry Jewellery Casket of rectangular form, featuring seldom seen intricate Tunbridge Ware Marquetry inlays, last half of the Nineteenth Century.    

The hinged cover opening to reveal a dark green velvet lined interior. 

Condition: Superb condition with no losses to inlays, interior has been re-lined which is professionally done, lock is present, replacement tasseled key which does not turn, small professional repair to one hinge at back, nicely done..
