A Very Fine Pair of French Patinated Bronze & Well Grained Sienna Marble Grand Tour Twin Handle Tazza of compact and heavy proportions. First quarter of the Nineteenth Century, possibly Regency period.

Each circular bowl with lobed reeded body and decorative moulded reeded detail rims and twin bronze handles raised on a central two ring socle on circular spreading base above a square shaped and stepped marble plinth base with a band of acanthus leaf bronze mount.

Condition: These pieces have been professionally cleaned, original patinated bronze with no wear at high points. Small old repairs at some corners but overall very good condition, base fabric has been replaced, very nicely done, see image.
