An exceptional example of a Regency period hand colored stipple Engraving by Francesco Bartolozzi titled “NOONDAY” complete with its original giltwood ornate oval frame and original eglomise glazing. First quarter of the Nineteenth Century.
A late Georgian hand etched Sepian Engraving depicting two elegant ladies carrying a basket of Doves, complete with its original giltwood oval frame. This picture is glazed. Circa 1771-90.
Condition: Both are in very good condition, very small split at bottom of Sepia picture, see image. The backs of both have had the paper replaced, nicely done.
