Stunning Example of a Hand Painted Decorative Porcelain Soup Tureen or Decorative Centerpiece, late Nineteenth Century, made by Royal Epiag Czechoslovakia. 

The dome shaped cover superbly decorated depicting Scottish Capercaillie Black Grouse in a woodland scene. The outer rim in coblat blue with lavish gilt decoration. Stylish and imposing gilt stunning twin “C” scroll handles  

Condition: Good condition for such an early piece with no losses anywhere, nice surface patination allover.
