An exceptionally fine example of a solid silver Anglo Indian Jewellery Casket of generous proportions. Circa 1930.
The hinged dome formed lid with allover raised flowers on diamond pattern ground, the main body with similar decoration. Raised on four decorative scrolling supports.
Condition: Perfect condition with no dents or losses, cartouche is vacant. The interior dark blue velvet lining has been replaced which is nicely done.
Indian silver marks as shown underneath also marks to clasp and hinge.
