467. Chinese Porcelain Imperial Guangxu Period Famille Rose Lotus Leaf Libation Cup


A Rare and Exceptional Matched Pair of Chinese Hand Painted Enameled Famille Rose Imperial Guangxu “Lotus Leaf” Libation Cups, one dated by inscription 1908 and of the Period. 

Each modeled in the form of a Lotus or a Peony Blossom with tube line style incised overlapping petals outlined with black enameled and filled with shades of pink, the outer row of petals rising to form the gently flaired wall of each vessel, a drainage hole in the floor of the well above a black dotted stamen that connects to the hollow lime-green stem which forms the handle.  

Condition: These pieces are offered in very good untouched condition, one small rim chip visible. Please view images which show one is overall darker than the other
