Stunning Pair French Heavy Gauge Ormolu and Patinated Bronze Single Light Candlesticks of outstanding quality and of generous tall proportions. 

Each having a Campana-form candle socket with original firm fitting plain drip pan. The elegant gently tapering reeded turned bronze central stem with Acanthus terminal, raised on three elaborately leaf-capped bronze claw supports and ending on a plain tri-form inverted base. First half of the Nineteenth Century, possibly Regency period.  

Condition: Superb condition, these pieces have been professionally re-gold plated and bronze patinated, original firm fitting drip pans.
