An Attractive Pair of Ormolu and Patinated Cast Bronze Bacchus Cherubs in Drapery sitting on a naturalistic ormolu base, of outstanding quality and good size proportions, after Michel Claude Clodion, third quarter of the Nineteenth Century, possibly earlier. 

These superb pieces are supported on heavy bronze rococo style bases with a central shell at front and back and stylish ormolu detail.  

Condition: Good condition, no losses, nice surface patination, ormolu has been professionally re-gold plated and bronze patinated.
