The main reeded boat shaped edge frame is raised on four plain square supports   

Mark of JGS for John Grinsell & Son. Victoria Works, Birmingham.  

Assayed in London in 1902.  

Condition: Good condition for such an early piece with no losses, possibly never used. Marks are crisp and clear, some tiny age spots here and there.
