101. Fine George lll Flame Mahogany Compact Chest Drawers Circa 1810

 A Very Fine Figured Mahogany Georgian Bow Fronted Chest of Drawers of outstanding quality and nice compact proportions, retaining its original fine colour and patination, first quarter of the Nineteenth Century of English origin.  

Constructed in Honduras Mahogany, rising from elegant bracket feet, the bow fronted shaped body housing four central oak lined graduated cock beaded drawers all with original locks and fitted with polished brass octagonal shaped pulls with ring handles, are flanked by twin hinged door cupboards enclosing pigeonhole shelves. Oak Lined drawers and shelves throughout. 

Condition: Superb condition, this piece has recently been professionally restored in keeping with its period finish. This fine piece is unusually heavy.
