An Exceptionally Fine Quality Pair of French Gilt Bronze & Statutory Cream Marble, Twin Arm Candelabra of medium proportions, made during the first half of the Nineteenth Century.
The finely chased sconces with original firm fitting drip pans issuing from scrolling arms supported by a circular marble socle with carved reeded detail raised on circular plain marble bases each mounted with very stylish ormolu mounts, raised on their original four ormolu beaded toupie feet.
Condition: Superb condition these pieces have been professionally re-gold plated, some tiny flea bites to marble bases, one drip pane has been replaced. Back and front views are alike, original ormolu base plates are present, see final image.
