Depicts an early view of Lake Como with a large building and several figures using boats and a cloudy sky above with several mountains in the distance.

Felice Auguste Rezia 1835-1907. An Italian emigree who lived in Islington, London. He travelled with noble and wealthy families on their "Grand Tour" excursions. He exhibited at the Royal Academy Galleries in Suffolk Street, London with Continental Town Scenes. His style and palette are very recognizable and of consistently high quality which has earned him a good and growing reputation amongst collectors.
