RARE IRISH CUT CRYSTAL CELERY VASE CIRCA 1850-60.
An extremely rare Irish Heavy Gauge Deep Hand Cut Crystal Flair Rimmed Vase of good size, mid Nineteenth Century, possible made by the original Waterford Glass Works, or could be of Cork Glass origin.
The main lower entire body with a meticulously executed continuous band of diamond and reeded cut patterns above a single ring socle ending on a spreading circular stepped base with star cut pattern underneath.
Condition: This piece is offered in original very good condition, with no evidence of any losses to crystal, no inside clouding, wonderful evidence of age wear at base.
Height: (entire) 10.25” (26cm). Diameter: (base) 5.75" (14.5cm).

This is a wonderful example of rare early Irish Crystal of very fine quality in exceptional condition for such an early piece.
