Fine French Heavy Gauge Ormolu & Bronze Single Ewer of good size proportions  in the manner of Claude Michel Clodion, last quarter of the Nineteenth Century.

The tapering ovoid body cast with a Bacchic procession between bands of grapes and vines, the scroll handle surmounted with a feathered bird and a Bronze seated Cherub. 

Condition: Professionally re-gold plated and bronze patinated, no losses or imperfections.
